Providers
Use the side entrance with the ramp (not the door on Franklin Street, which cannot be unlocked). At the top of the ramp, press the doorbell during normal business hours to be buzzed in. (The front door will *click* when it unlocks.)
Take the elevator to the second floor, and relax on the sofa to await your provider. Many professionals work in the building, so please keep noise to a minimum, and wait for your provider to come and get you.

Off of Broad Street, enter the parking lot via Fielding Street. Use building entrance C, which enters right into our waiting room. (For disability access, use entrance A to the first floor, and take a right. We are the fifth door on the left.)
Don't feel the need to roam the halls looking for your provider! They will come and get you from the sitting area when they're ready, which may be a little bit after your appointed time if they're running a shade behind.
